Dynamic Amortization Schedule Excel 365 Template | EMI Calculator with Repayment Schedule in Excel

In this video I demonstrate how to build an amortization schedule in Microsoft Excel. An amortization schedule displays principle and interest payments for each month over the term of a loan. The schedule is fully dynamic in that it expands and contracts to display the correct number of rows for loan’s tenure. The functions used in this video are SEQUENCE, OFFSET, IPMT, PPMT, SUBTOTAL and IF.

   A great online one on one intermediate training session in excel - the tools and activities Chester has developed and used are great.
