Show/Tile Multiple Worksheets within the Same Workbook

This video shows you how to view multiple worksheets within the same workbook at the same time.  This is not the same as viewing multiple workbooks on the screen at the same time. We are talking about different sheets within the same workbook.

This tip will prove really useful if you need to compare data on different sheets or if you need to create formulas using values on multiple sheets.

Once you have your workbook open you will need to create a new window for each sheet you want to view at the same time. You already have a window for the active sheet (the one you are currently viewing). To create the additional windows click on the VIEW tab on the Ribbon and in the Window group click on the New Window button.  Repeat this for each worksheet you want to display.

Now  click the Arrange All button (on VIEW tab again -right next to the New Window button). Keep Tiled selected and click on OK. You should now see a separate window for each sheet.  Finally, select a different sheet in each window.

If you save the file with the sheets arranged as they are, then next time you open the workbook you will see the same arrangement.
